I play in windowed mode, usually with other games in other windows. When Victory has focus my mouse is locked in victory's window and the only way out is to alt tab. Also this behavior prevents me from moving the window by the click drag method. I'd really like to not have to alt tab, any suggestions?

That's an issue already reported, we still don't know if it's intended or not.
No, is not intended, is a bug we will fix, but has a low priority for us.
