well, a video card that supports vertex shader is a system' minimum requirement, we can't do anything about it, sorry mate.
Minimum System Requirements
• PC running Windows XP SP3, Vista, Win7
• DirectX 9.0c
• Pentium P4 1,8 Ghz or equivalent
• 1Gb system RAM
• DirectX Accelerated Video Card with 256 mb Ram and Shader Model 2 support
• Sound Card
• Internet access with good latency
• 500Mb hard drive space
