Technical Assistance

Hi to all,

i have the big problem that i cant play Victory!!! :(

If i click on Victory Shortcut the Update-Client starts an brings an Error: Download Error - Unknown Error.

So please help me. 

I try to reinstall on C:, i try to reinstall on a external drive - everything the same. AND i everytime use CCleaner to check if the game is correctly deinstalled. So i dont have a ohter idea to solve this problem.

Please answer me as fast as u can.
