unfriends them in the game and if they don't plan to play anymore they can delete their account by them self.
(Account => Edit account details => Cancel Account => Confirm)

Thanks Shaun, but they have not come to accept the request and never returned to the game.
And the names keep coming up, waiting for them to accept.

no we can't do anything as long as they don't delete their account by them self.
Anyway I think dev should do a cleanup in inactive account that are lvl 1 and never went on the game because in the player registry more than 50% of the account are lvl 1 with no car.
