I have come across a problem with the game since patching. I get this slight stutter effect when online and i cannot seem to solve it. It's not a huge stutter, but it does cause a problem when racing. Think of it as missed frames, that type of thing. I have never had this before and i have tried to solve this myself by-----
1. updating nvidia drivers, and rolling them to earlier times.
2. full reg clean and system defrag and clean
3. killed ALL anti virus programs
4.system start-up process cleared
NOTHING has cured the problem, it just stops me from racing:( I've done a net test and i have no packet loss and i ping around 40ms
to italian servers. I do have a video of the problem if that would help?!?
my system is
Quad core intel
6 gig ram
gts 450 1gb
windows 7 professional 64bit

I will upload that now..my video settings are all on lowest and v-sync off (on makes no difference)
I have even put my resolution to 1280 x 800 lol, still no effect.
