Yeah tried that a couple times, unistalled cleaned registry and all that. Nothing!still get "Finished" after it checks for game version. Can't login, this suxx lol
Nope, there is no where for me to log in... The are where you usually type your username and password doesn't appear is replaced by "finished". Can't type in any info. I can login on the webstie though.. http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/826/zbqa.png/

No, but I never posted anything on the forum because the topic was already posted. I tried all the solutions listed for the problem, but none of them worked for me.
You're not the only one hurted by a bug, bugs are not our only task and some of them, like this particular one, aren't so easy to track and solve.
Anyway, just as a temporarily workaround, try this.
It should work.
Open the directory where you have installed the game.
If you have used the standard path, it should be something similar to "C:\Program Files (x86)\VaeVictis\Victory".
When you have located it, open the "data/main" subdirectory and copy "RenderSystem_Direct3D9.dll", "Plugin_OctreeSceneManager.dll" and "ParticleUniverse.dll" from there to the game main directory, the one where you have the "Victory.exe" file.
After that, try to launch the game and let me know what happens.
In case of errors, I need to see your "numen.log" file.

Could you check if in the windows registry there is this key CWDIllegalInDllSearch and which value does it have associated?
I looked in the windows registry editor and did not see that key.
