I have recently unlocked 2 Titles in the Achievements, but they both have not showed up beside my name, they are: Famous (unlocked by getting 100 friends) and I am a Winner (unlocked by winning a race)
You have to select the title to display in the "Achievements" menu, on the top of your screen. Click on it and you'll see the list of the achievements and a menu to select the title you want to show. And, just to clarify, you can show only one title at a time.

Actually he wanted to be "Famous I am a winner" or "I am a Winner Famous" XD
